Challenge
Communication between pet owners and veterinary clinics is often fragmented and overloaded. Most interactions rely on phone calls and reception staff, creating bottlenecks, delays and limited access to timely care.
This results in inefficient workflows for clinics and a lack of transparency and responsiveness for pet owners.
Approach
The product shifts communication from synchronous, reception-based interactions to a structured digital experience.
It enables ongoing, asynchronous communication between pet owners and veterinary teams, improving accessibility while reducing operational load.
The experience is designed to support clarity, responsiveness and continuity of care.
Design Principles
Reducing dependency on synchronous communication;
Structuring communication into clear and manageable flows;
Improving accessibility to veterinary support;
Supporting continuity and transparency in communication;
Designing for clarity and ease of use in time-sensitive situations.
