Challenge
Finding high-quality real estate leads is time-consuming, unpredictable and often inefficient.
Investors typically rely on fragmented channels such as cold outreach, marketing campaigns or outdated databases, resulting in low conversion rates and high acquisition costs.
This creates a gap between the need for fast, reliable deal flow and the lack of transparent, high-intent lead sources.
Approach
The product addresses this by turning lead generation into a marketplace experience, where users can browse, evaluate and purchase leads on demand.
The platform structures lead data, provides relevant context and integrates AI-driven scoring to support faster decision-making and reduce uncertainty in deal evaluation.
Interaction is designed to minimize friction and enable users to move from lead discovery to action as quickly as possible.
