Challenge

Inventory management in veterinary clinics is highly manual, time-consuming and error-prone.
Teams rely on spreadsheets, fragmented systems and reactive ordering, leading to overstocking, shortages and lack of visibility into costs.

This creates inefficiencies, increases operational overhead and makes it difficult to make informed decisions about inventory and spending.

Approach

The product addresses this by centralizing inventory data and automating key processes such as tracking, forecasting and replenishment.
The experience is designed around data clarity and operational efficiency, enabling users to monitor inventory, understand usage patterns and act on recommendations with minimal effort.
